The Wine
Knit One
This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe, vibrant and balanced. A rich, full-bodied wine with complex flavors of juicy blackberries, currants and plums, with a hint of mocha. Makes every occasion a little more special.
Perfect to share over a steak dinner, or with a hearty, aged cheddar or gouda. The lingering bright black fruit finish is warm and enveloping, like a favorite sweater.
Purl Two
A Chardonnay made in a bright and lively style that strikes the perfect balance between rich and refreshing. California coastal air lets the grapes breath and ripen slowly in the afternoon sun for rich, complex fruit flavors.
This wine pairs beautifully with poultry and seafood, or salads and soft cheeses. Bright pear and tropical fruit are balanced with toasty barrel spice and soft caramel highlights, with a soft finish.
Tink
Made from purpose-grown pinot noir grapes, this Provence-style wine has a dry sweetness with hints of raspberry and citrus. TINK is an ideal "all day rosé" and perfect to enjoy with cheese, charcuterie, light meals and Asian cuisine.
Crisp and bright as an early Spring day, TINK is a rosé that takes you into Summer and beyond.
